Went through CV extensively, asked a lot of questions to get to know you. Summarized her/his thoughts on your answers. Then described the company and their mission, the process to develop your career. A little vague on the task and responsibilities on the role itself. Several levels of managers that need to be interviewed before getting an offer.
They wanted me to spend half a day with them; 2 hours cold calling and further 2 hours meeting with other executives.

Entrevista
It was a phone call interview which explains about the job responsibilities. The interviewer was very nice and friendly in term of explaining the job position and also the level of interest I have for the position.
