Overall interview took three hours. First stage was interviewed by 2 seniors. They are patient to ask my background and experience to fit into this position. Then hiring manager focus mainly of my resume and experience to relates job description. The job that I attended for interview is not similar as JD but hiring manager looking for hardware engineer, so considered as career switch for my case.
