Standard interview questions were asked by the team over 3 rounds of phone/video interviews. Before the last round of interviews, the team asked for a writing sample. I had the interview and it all seemed overwhelmingly positive. Then followed a two week silence from the employer. I was then asked to provide additional writing samples. Following another 2-3 week silence from the employer, I was then informed the hiring manager had departed the company. It took two months to complete interviewing and it has been two months since last hearing a meaningful update. Waste of time.
