Initial contact with HR screener was positive. Round 1 interview as virtual and very unusual with two team members (not the hiring manager). One had worked there a bit more than a year and the other had longer tenure. Neither came across as professional as I expected and both seemed unhappy and did not have anything positive to say about the organization. After the interview I was ghosted.
