I went to an open call an stayed for about 7 hours before my name was called. I was asked to sit in a room full of cubicles and fill out a questionnaire. I wrote way more than was required and when the interviewer started reading it I asked if he would prefer if I just told him what I wrote. I don't remember what it was at this point as this interview was 3 years ago. I was educated, experienced, friendly and well spoken therefore he offered me a position on the spot.
