Beware - they advertised the job with a salary of $48,000 plus a potential 15% bonus in their premier Plaza in Delaware. In another Travel Center in Jersey (less than 10 miles away and with less than 50% of the sales of Delaware site) they advertised the same job with a salary range of $40,000 - 74,000. The ad title for Delaware said F & B Ops Manager but in the text of the ad it said Multi-unit manager. The latter supposedly starts at $53,000 plus a potential 25% bonus. Not very transparent. They boasted about being communicative but after a month I had to reach out 2 times to get some feedback so I moved on. The job in Delaware has been open for more than 6 months which should have been a red flag to me, but hey no risk no gain. I have moved on, too much doubt.
