The interview process is pretty long & time-consuming. The recruitment process consists of: 1. CV screening 2. Online video interview 3. Online assessment 4. HR interview 5. FGD 6. Virtual On-Ground Assessment (business case & user interview) 7. Final interview with the head of function I would rate the difficulty of the recruitment process is 4/5
I applied Graduate Trainee position at website, and got email for online assessment and after that assessment, i got another email for digital interview that held by hire vue (online)
30 minutes SHL assessment, hirevue digital interview about experience in general, hr interview talking about work experience and then I'm ghosted, already tried following up but no response :)). How professional love it.
