Really well organised and interesting although intense. It is a very long process and after passing the assessment day you are left waiting. There is plenty of information but you’re still unsure if the next chapter and are very left in the dark for a while.

One of the rounds included a role-play session, which was both challenging and insightful. The entire process was exactly as described on their website, ensuring there were no surprises.
