I applied for the position at the end of October, received invitation to interview mid-December and interviewed mid -January over the phone. I interviewed with the department’s manager and team lead. It lasted about an hour and was very easy-going. I received an email from the manager two hours later. He asked a few follow up questions over the phone before telling me I was chosen for the job. I received my offer letter about a week later. I began the background investigation about a week or so after that and the drug test/physical is scheduled.

It was a video interview with 3 individuals, two of which were the different program managers. They gave lay out of positions and overview of process. Each person had some questions of their own.
