I applied directly via a university recruiter, which made the process a lot more personal. I was invited to an on-site interview within 4 weeks, after some details regarding my position were clarified. The interview was split into 3 parts, one with two team members about the work going on in the team and my knowledge on the topic. The next one was a general programming interview including some language idioms and best practices. The third one was s short HR interview about te job in general. In total the process took 2,5 hours.
