I had applied for QA lead role for Mumbai location. After first round of interview where I was asked API, Programming, OOPS, Docker and Kubernetes questions by Another QA. Out of which I could not answer one Fibonacci series code questions and Kubernetes questions. I solved 2 out of 3 code challenge yet in my feedback it was mentioned lack coding skills inspite of the fact I gave a full walkthrough of my python frame work that I developed as a product. HR simply ghosted after frst round and after several follow ups and calls she finally gave me a feedback after 8-9 days. Interview process was not smooth and interviewer had declined my first invite without any intimation. This was a worst experience in my job hunt and interviewer expected way more than what JD expects.
