Bizzare. The hiring manager had a quick 1/2 hour interview. Had 5 interviews after and each was so different. The first one followed the questions for the interview process, next 2 didn't, 4th wanted me to provide an answer to all their problems, and 5th just wanted to talk. I have never been part of an interview process where each person was so different! It is clear that HERE is like a BORG - bits, and pieces from everyone without a clear cultural identity itself.
