You must be a current employee of HEB ISD, with a Master's degree and served some time in the classroom before being considered for the position.
At the request of the school principal, you will be invited to interview before a leadership panel; specific to the department in which you will be working.
It is highly suggested that you come prepared to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of your campus, and what your plan is to work along the school administration to meet district initiatives.
Any innovations in teaching difficult skills is always a welcomed discussion.
