The hiring Manager was very new to his position, although he was professional and informed about the industry. Both interviews seemed to be on a very tight schedule. I believe only 45 minutes were allotted for the first and second interview. A HR person contacted me to set up the interview. The HR person also seemed very rushed. The HR person made it sound like the job would need to filled urgently, but then responded lackadaisically to time frame questions. The office setting was very clean and modern. I have not heard back on the position and it has been months. I have sent emails and left a voice mail without response, so I can assume that there will not be an offer. However, the second interview invitation came out of the blue. So I can't really make any assumptions.
