Submitted a resume, then Zoom interview with the manager and next level up for an hour. Not many questions were asked of me, which was either a good sign (they felt I was qualified?). Follow up was an in-person interview with the manager at the base office.

The interview process was quick and straightforward which I really appreciated. The area office manager was not only prompt but very warm and welcoming throughout the whole process. It began with a phone screening with her soon after I applied and then an in-person interview the following week with the lead regional manager and a colleague from another region. It was an hour long interview where I was able to go through my entire work journey and answer their questions along the way. The offer process began shortly after where I talked with the senior recruiter and they were able to be flexible with my ask and officially send over the offer over email later in the week. All in all it was a smooth process and a great job opportunity, but during the process, priorities shifted for my family and I and I had to decline. Otherwise, it would've been an acceptance with the process only getting me more excited about the opportunity and HDR as a whole.
