The interview process typically includes resume screening, initial phone interviews, technical or behavioral assessments, and final in-person or virtual interviews, followed by a hiring decision and offer negotiation. after that in person interview and offer letter
Asked about my relevant experience. Asked why I wanted to work for HDR and what my expectations were. It was very laid back and felt more like a conversation. They gave me a short tour afterwards.
