Entrevista
The process took 2-3 weeks. First was a brief telephone interview, followed by some sort of interest survey, and then an in person interview. The interview was very informal and the gals that interviewed me were friendly. Neither wrote down anything after I would answer a question, which left me wondering if they had already chosen someone for the position in an earlier interview. I left feeling that the interview went very well and overall I got a good feeling about the place. They didn't take the time to send me a rejection letter, which I thought was very unprofessional. I could have seen if I hadn't made it past the phone interview, but that was not the case. Not sure if this is typical or maybe they missed sending me a thanks but no thanks letter. But it left me with a sour feeling.

Why do you want to work for our company? Tell us about yourself?
Great interview! It was personal and had great information about the company and business processes. I had a Virtual interview, and it was a super easy scheduling process. I felt like they heard what I was saying and did not ask any trick questions. It was just a standard great experience.
The interview process was easy. They did a phone interview and then I got called back the next day to schedule to come in to interview and was offered the job.
