I had an initial informal screening call with the recruiter, a more formal, longer format call with the same recruiter the next day, and a formal interview with the hiring manager the day after that - 3 interviews in 3 days. I was assured that I would hear within a few days, as they were eager to fill the position. I did not hear anything from either the recruiter or hiring manager after that, which is very disappointing - especially after what I thought were great conversations.
