I'm yet to give interview but till now rest of the tests have been great .I have completed group discussion round and waiting for the next round . I am really hoping the get into the next rounds . Wishing everyone good luck .
1️⃣ First Round – Communication Skills Assessment
Purpose: Check your English fluency, listening, and customer interaction skills.
What to Expect:
Self-introduction in English
Reading a passage aloud to test pronunciation and clarity
Listening to an audio clip and answering questions
Situational questions like:
"How will you help a frustrated customer?"
"Explain a technical concept to a non-technical person"
Sometimes basic grammar and sentence correction tests
Tips to Prepare:
Speak slowly and clearly
Avoid filler words like “umm” or “you know”
Practice mock customer service conversations

2️⃣ Second Round – Technical Interview
Purpose: Test your problem-solving skills and IT fundamentals.
Common Topics:
Operating Systems – Windows basic commands, troubleshooting steps
Networking – IP address basics, ping command, DNS, DHCP
Hardware – Common laptop/desktop issues, replacing parts

It was campus drive , four rounds conducted 1st aptitude which was basic along with coding , 2nd group discussion 3rd technical interview about technical skills you have 4th techincal along with hr rounds
