Interview was too good. the interviewer i beleived had googled his questions. Answered all of them, Later came to know that they are asking Junior resources to take interview... 5 years later I have realised what a joke it is to work here.

“The Technical Lead hiring process consisted of five rounds, including three technical interviews. After successfully clearing all stages, the salary negotiation concluded positively, resulting in a mutually agreeable compensation package.
hr round and technical round with manager two rounds of interview . and then hr updates you if your selected or not. the calls occurs within one weeks time. and the hr enquires on current ctc and expected ctc. the hr gives you a clear statement of how the salary will be.

The process was an in-person, full-day interview at the HCL office. It began with a hackathon as a group of 5 people, where we designed and developed a complete end-to-end architecture for a delivery application. This was followed by a one-on-one technical interview. A few days later, the HR department reached out and offered me the job.
