Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en HCLTech (Chennai)
Entrevista
I got a mail from the internal HR team and it was stated that it is a scheduled walk in interview. But after reaching the campus only realised that many people had came and it was walk in. Interview took almost my whole day and it was not that worthy experience.
Initially had a technical interview where I was asked few basic questions from my day to day activities. Then a manageral interview. The guy seems to be bit techy and asked few techy questions. Later the world's best idiotic HR took my HR round of interview. He asked me to join the company for a package lesser that what I was drawing by that time. I just came out without replying him. After a week I got call from them again and negotiated for certain package. The HR who called this time was so kind and understood my situation. Then they have released the offer in the same day itself.
the interview process is good. First round was face to face round and all othethe interview process is good. First round was face to face round and all others are virtual rounds. Communication with HR is good.rs are virtual rounds.
The interview process is quite confusing and unstructured. It starts with two technical rounds, followed by an HR round. However, even after the HR discussion, there is an additional manager round that is highly technical. The manager round is particularly frustrating, as it is initially presented as a 15-minute call but ends up lasting around 45 minutes, with questions asked in a rushed manner. Additionally, the feedback timeline is very slow, with about 10 days between each round. Because of these delays and the unclear process
Technical Round 1: Java fundamentals, Map concepts, and basic Spring Boot questions.
Technical Round 2: Java coding problems and problem-solving discussion.
HR Round: Behavioral questions, communication evaluation, and discussion about experience, expectations, and company culture fit.
