Initial screening round was taken by one of the Scrum Master and I cleared that round.
This was a telephonic interview.
Second round was conducted by Manager, the round was quiet exhaustive.
This was a video conferencing interview.
Salary expectations were discussed in this round.
I cleared that.
Received the call from the HR telling me that we could not meet the salary expectations and only 20% on current salary can be given.
I already had an offer in hand more than what hcl was paying, so I declined.
the interviewer was very nice we had a good chat after the interview, all the questions was professional, he asked me some questions from my resume and follow up questions from my answers.

TACKY. It was supposed to be a teams video interview. The interviewer did not turn in his camera while mine was on. I saw it as disrespectful. It messed my confidence up.

It was shabby. Teams meeting but the interviewer had hid camera OFF all through which made me suspect he was not fully listening to what I was saying as he gave as feedback, things I said which he claimed I did not.
