applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at HCL (New Delhi) in JAN 2020.MEGA RECRUITMENT PROCESS. First they took a general verbal ability test for all the candidates. it was of 20 marks. then they declared cutoff of 11 marks and selected around 180 out of 350 students. then the second round was telephonic round. it was conducted in a group of 10 . after this process 40 were selected for technical interview
First round was resume shortlisting. Resume get shortlisted then HR will send you interview invitation email. Then second round was coding test they give one coding question to write on paper.

Firstly they ask introduction and directly gave coding question.
First is online assessment, aptitude, coding questions from sql.
If first round qualified means second round which is communication from versant app.
Third round will be interview face to face.

Mostly sql queries and fundamentals.
My experience was good. They first asked for my introduction then straight away starts the technical interview. They starts with basic first asked Oops Concepts, some fundemantal programming starts. Then they gradually increase the level of interview to easy to medium. They only asked one or two hard level questions.
