I got the call from naukari.com and the interviews were schedule on Saturday at Hinjewadi office. First round was face to face technical round. Interviewer person was very cool . He started with introduction, then projects and moved to java concepts. The first round lasts for almost 1 hour in that each and every topic from core Java covered. For ex , constructors, string, exception handling, collections , Jdbc etc etc.
Then I was asked to leave for the day. After one week I got the call for second telephonic interview. It also went very well . Questions were mostly related to projects on which you have worked and scenario based questions. Then I got the ca from HR in 2 days that I have cleared all the round and got selected.
Overall interview was pretty easy
I don't know why they rejected me, from my perspective it went fairly well.
They interviewer was looking if I have mug up everything or not, they don't care if you are hands on or not. It was a bad experience, never going to interview with HCL ever again.

Got a call from HR but never got an interview from them. Follow up with HR for days and still got nothing. HR always say that he will schedule an interview but he never did. Very poor management and interview experience. They are still posting jobs on LinkedIn. Don’t know how people are getting hired when hr is not doing anything.
