company is great place to work and interviews typically becomes easy for candidates when hr's make them comfortable. That is something assured at HCL. APTITUDE then technical and finally hr round. Little tiring process but worthy. Maths, reasoning, basic English, computer skills and language skills are key area of aptitude test.
The interview process of medium not very hard. It was medium because of the package they were offering. and the hiring manager asked a lot of questions, but they are not too in depth.
Basic Questions were asked about a few protocols. They asked scenario based questions after that, about how would I handle an escalation, immediate steps during outage/site down etc. Apart from that, basics of ITIL and soft skills.
