I got an interview call from one of the HR. I was told that interview was a scheduled one that too arranged on weekend. When i reached there, i could see around 100s of people waiting. First round was machine technical, cleared. Then after 2 hours of waiting, i was taken for the technical round 1. Went for around 1 hour purely based on previous projects and overall experience.
Then i was told to leave for the day and the next day i received positive feedback from the same hr who scheduled the interview. She told for the further process, i would be getting a call.
After waiting for 3 weeks, again i got a call from the same person to schedule a new interview. when i asked regarding the previous interview, the previous interview candidates were in hold, and they are recruiting for another client for which the complete interview process should start from the beginning.
Are you kidding with the experience candidates? I never expected this kind of behavior from the reputed IT company and you have wasted one complete day of mine.
Never play with the precious time of professionals since that is what the foundation of all professions.

However, even after the HR discussion, there is an additional manager round that is highly technical. The manager round is particularly frustrating, as it is initially presented as a 15-minute call but ends up lasting around 45 minutes, with questions asked in a rushed manner. Additionally, the feedback timeline is very slow, with about 10 days between each round. Because of these delays and the unclear process
Technical Round 1: Java fundamentals, Map concepts, and basic Spring Boot questions.
Technical Round 2: Java coding problems and problem-solving discussion.
HR Round: Behavioral questions, communication evaluation, and discussion about experience, expectations, and company culture fit.
