The process started off with every candidate being asked to come up and share his profile and experience and skills which were noted down by the HR guys.Followed by this was a written test consisting questions from English and maths.Those selected were then sent for an online test.the test was of 1 hour and consisted questions on networking ,operating systems and server management.Selected candidates were then asked to answer another round of technical interview which included the candidates being grilled upon their past work profile and questions ranging from VPN,EIGRP to Linux shell scripting.Following this round the selected candidates were called in for negotiating the salary which was basically around 40-50 % hike on the last drawn salary.
