Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en HCLTech (Bengaluru) en may 2017
Entrevista
I was contacted by the Recruiter through email. I attended the weekend drive on May 2017.
Interview is not that much difficult If you are good in basics and some programming logical skills it was good enough to crack the interview. The Technical Panel are good, I have cleared the 2 Technical rounds after waiting for more than 4 hrs .
Finally HR round . HR asked about some details and salary expectations,I was informed that in a day or two we will contact about the further process.
Even after repeated reminders for more than 2 weeks no response from HR/Recruiter.
Do not waste the candidates precious time if you guys are not ready to release offer letter.
the interview process is good. First round was face to face round and all othethe interview process is good. First round was face to face round and all others are virtual rounds. Communication with HR is good.rs are virtual rounds.
The interview process is quite confusing and unstructured. It starts with two technical rounds, followed by an HR round. However, even after the HR discussion, there is an additional manager round that is highly technical. The manager round is particularly frustrating, as it is initially presented as a 15-minute call but ends up lasting around 45 minutes, with questions asked in a rushed manner. Additionally, the feedback timeline is very slow, with about 10 days between each round. Because of these delays and the unclear process
Technical Round 1: Java fundamentals, Map concepts, and basic Spring Boot questions.
Technical Round 2: Java coding problems and problem-solving discussion.
HR Round: Behavioral questions, communication evaluation, and discussion about experience, expectations, and company culture fit.
