direct face to face round and waited there for 15mins, then there is technical discussion followed by general discussion by two HCL full time employees. they asked about my overall experience and technologies used. and asked few questions about my current project, collection frame work, hashmap internal working, multi threading, singleton, some real time scenarios
As the placement process held in my campus the process went quite easy .Its Simple with introduction and project discussions and dsa quetions.they are not totally willing to take candidates of java as of now i feel and they r prefering .net pogramers

El proceso fue muy confuso, el entrevistador técnico fue muy ambiguo con las preguntas y parecía no estar enterado del puesto al que aplicaba. Cambio la fecha de entrevista 3 veces
it is worst experience i had with hcl it take 4 round after that it ghost whole clg.it is pool drive opporunity in bhopal.i is easy to crack.It had first resume shortlsting,appitute roung,gd round,ai interview round.all rounds are online.
