First was a call about my interest in the job, then follow up emails to clarify if I was eligible to apply, then a teams interview the next day, and absolutely no follow up after the interview, even when I sent a follow email.

Met with project manager at plant, then was given a tour of facility. By the end of the tour, I was asked if I wanted to hire on and join the team.
