Recruiter reached out to me for a phone interview. I was then scheduled an interview with the hiring manager and 2 other people on the team. The hiring manager (main point of contact) did not show up to the interview. It was an hour long and I was asked all the questions from behavioral to situational. I sent them a follow up email thanking them, no response. Reached out again a week later, no response. I am not sure if this role has been filled but for a job that talks about communication skills being strong and clear, they are not holding their end of the bargain.
