I was excited to be considered here but now I’m pretty appalled at the recruitment process or lack thereof. I ended up with the most unhelpful recruiter other users have reviewed about or maybe its just their culture to have a lazy talent team. After my screening it took a month to hear back for an interview and now its been another 3 weeks after my panel interview. I’ve sent multiple followup emails to her and the interviewers and no response. They cant be bothered to tell me anything or even send me an auto rejection. I have a strong feeling many internal candidates probably interviewed for this position which they could also just tell me if an internal was preferred, but they wanted to meet external candidates. Very ironic after my interview was all questions about professionalism and communication. They indeed lack professionalism and mirror that unhelpful healthcare management stereotype.

The hiring practices are questionable since the 1st application was first rejected. But, immediately followed up with an interview request from a senior recruiter in the TN office. I applied under an alias account to see if it was the experience or race being denied by HCA. When applying to the same job an others with my real information, it was intriguing to know all of them received the "thank you for applying" email. By the alias account got the option to select an interview time to speak with the recruiter.
