I applied online and received an email from HR the next day. We spoke on the phone for 15 minutes and then I got a second round interview the next week. I found out I got the job within a week after that.

Very easy interview, HR round and another round with 3 design engineers. Did not ask much about technical mostly behavioral questions. Questions like how do you get along with coworker? How do you solve the problem by yourself

Hiring manager reached out and talked briefly about my current job and why I was interested in this position. i was then scheduled for interview with project manager and the interview went pretty well. Got an offer in a week.
