Applied online. Got a call from HR a few days later, and scheduled a phone interview for a couple days later. Spoke with her again, standard phone interview. Was then scheduled for a phone interview with the hiring manager a few days later. Another standard phone interview. I was not selected to go forward in the process but they did send me an email letting me know. The next rounds would have been an in person panel interview and then a technical test before extending an offer.
