There were 3 interviews. One was to see if the job was what you were looking for(they lied about parts of the job in interview), the second was where you go into the field and visit one of "their stores" to see how they did business. It was really to see how they solicit the products at random businesses. The third was a more in depth interview about your character and why you want to work.
