I applied for an Experienced Tax Professional position after passing their Tax Knowledge Assessment. I got a call from the DGM who asked about my experience with tax preparation. We've discussed pay and location and an offer letter was sent afterwards

I took their tax school class first. After passing the exam, I received a phone call to schedule an interview. The whole interview process took almost 20 minutes, and the questions were all behaviour questions, such as how to deal conflicts with clients, how to adapt to changing environment, etc. After one week, I got the offer.

Via zoom meeting and not so elaborating process if have done course with them. Accounting studies would be best with any customer support or sales experience from past and it’s a seasonal job for around 4 months if you are thinking to take there level 01 course
