I filled out the application online and received a call within a few weeks for a face-to-face interview. People were very nice, asked questions like what can you bring to our table to get us more customers, describe a time you helped out your coworkers, describe a time you had a difficult boss. Pretty basic questions. They asked my availability and described how the training would go and when it would start. Not a very stressful interview.

It was just a single interview with the office leader (not the branch manager).
It was super easy and quick. The interview was done inside one of their local H&R Block offices.

The manager asked me questions about my experience, my availability, the required questions from the corporate form, and described the job to me, then asked if I'd like the job. I was offered the job on the spot and accepted later via an official offer letter from corporate.

In person short interview with OM, not very intimidating welcoming environment. I was called in the next few days and offered the job after the interview. Very quick hiring process.
