Easy. The interview is pretty much done over the phone. When you get hired, you have to complete a brief online and in-person training. They ask pretty basic questions to get a feel of your personality and experience.

Interviewed with the manager at one the office locations and she explained details about the job and tasks you would have to do. After the interview, the manager got back to me about the job.
