Filled out an app online was emailed open interview schedule for a nearby office within 2 days. Sat down with a office manager and she only asked if I had prior receptionist experience, could I use a computer and basic software programs. Interview was only 5 minutes max. You receive an email offer and sign up for a training class. I feel the preseason office manager was very inexperienced with the software programs and was dressed unprofessional.

It was very easy and the interviewer was very friendly and encouraging. Even when I didn’t exactly answer a question well they gave me some feedback on what to do when the situation actually happened.
Pretty basic, two people interview you, ask you to explain your resume and the typical questions of what you would do in xy situation. Pretty easy, not too much pressure.
Interview is usually a single virtual interview with one of two managers. The interview is about 20-30 minutes long. First it starts with simple basic questions, then moves to longer situational questions, and then ended with logistical questions like availability, pay, etc.
