First Telephonic then I visit the office so they conduct one Apptitude Test and another Technical rounds on .Net and Software Architecture, current and previous companies application design discussion. Final round was with Director. HR is just for the name. Also they will not take you on there payroll after joining you will be on 3rd party payroll (This was happen with me)
