I applied for an Experienced Tax Professional position after passing their Tax Knowledge Assessment. I got a call from the DGM who asked about my experience with tax preparation. We've discussed pay and location and an offer letter was sent afterwards

Asked few basic tax questions as well as usually behavior interview questions. Started with a very brief phone conversation then a one to one interview the following week. Told I got into training program during interview. Training program is about 2 months with no pay and you have to pass to be official hired. They place you in a location, not much choices over it.

Via zoom meeting and not so elaborating process if have done course with them. Accounting studies would be best with any customer support or sales experience from past and it’s a seasonal job for around 4 months if you are thinking to take there level 01 course
