I applied on-line. After 2 weeks or so they called me. The interview had two parts: one on the telephone with the store manager and one within one of the 3 groups that were divided at scene.

Usual questions, concerning my motivation, my knowledge around the H&M group and within the second interview it was managing a potential situation within the shop along with my team and answering face-to-face how would i manage other different situations.
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
