There is a first step that includes a logical/Math test and a personality test. Then the second step is the phone interview with HR, with basic motivation questions. The third step is an assessment day in the headquarters in Stockholm. There you will have group exercices as well as individual interviews.

First online, and if successful flown to HQ in Stockholm. Long day with 3 stages: group task, individual problem solving and one hour 1:1 interview, everyone was very friendly and had time to get to know the other candidates
