There was a quick 5 minute meeting as the first round of the interview, then for the second round they did a group interview which involved group activities including role-playing as customers/employees. They asked a few brief questions as a group, and offered the job on the spot to those who were hired. This was for a store opening, so they were looking to hire around 30 people.

It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
