I applied online and then got a call about a week later asking if I was still interested in the position. I called the store after I applied just to say that I had applied and hope to get an interview with them. THe interview was with two managers in store. It was relatively short... maybe about ten minutes. They offered me a position after about a week after I interviewed (waiting for the background check to come back). I accepted the offer.
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

Entrevista
It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
