I applied online and got a call back in less than 24hrs. They asked how did i hear about the job and why I wanted to work for H&M then invited me in for interview with the tech manager and team leader. When I got there they basically looked at my resume and asked why I chose to apply for the position because I didn't have much experience then they asked me if I could build a computer from scratch, I said that I couldn't and that was the end of my interview. I guess being a trainee you have to know how to build PC's.
