Two people interviewed me and bounced questions back and forth for about twenty minutes. It was very laidback and friendly, and the questions were very straightforward and mostly had to do with customer service, such as how you handled irate customers, how you've performed in job reviews, and how you've taken the initiate in something and gotten tangible results. It was one of the easiest interviews I've had and I was offered the job later that evening.
