The interview was pretty easy, I don’t remember them asking me any real interview questions, just about my availability and when I could start. I was offered the job on the spot with no previous pharmacy experience.

Very typical interview. Was interviewed by the Pharmacy Manager and Lead Technician. Both asked questions, which mostly seemed like standard issue "these are normal interview questions to ask." Made the interview quite easy to navigate and gave greater opportunity to show personality and show that you can communicate effectively. A drug test was required at a different location after being offered the position. HEB did pay for the drug test.

The interview was awesome! The pharmacist was super nice! She seemed very genuine and intelligent! One of the best actually! Of course I later found out it was just an act out of desperation for staff!
