Simple, average questions. There is nothing challenging about the interview process, and it is rather fast to hear back from the company. Once you hear back onboarding is very simple but the videos are rather long.
The interview was simple and professional. They asked about my background, customer service experience, if I could work fast pace and how I would handle different situations. Overall, it felt straightforward and not overly difficult
Interview was smooth and easy as long as you push the HEB brand name to partners and make sure you emphasize a welcoming exterior to the interview. Additional knowledge of the company history also aids your potential by giving certain examples on how HEB has changed your perspective as a shopper.
