There was a lot of questions about personality and what would you do in certain scenarios type of questions.I was asked why I want to work there and what I have heard about the company. There were other people being interviewed at desks near me so that was distracting.
Virtual interview comes first, most likely a screening interview!

Three stages of interviews. One is through the phone. Second is with the department manager. Third is with the General Manager. They will call you back after each stage if you pass it.
